Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Job Summary

Greenjeeva is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing initiatives and drive brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact across B2B markets. The CMO will be responsible for positioning Greenjeeva as a trusted global partner in the organic ingredients and nutraceuticals industry, while supporting business expansion in the USA and international markets.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Build and strengthen Greenjeeva’s brand positioning across domestic and international markets.
  • Drive demand generation, lead pipeline growth, and customer acquisition in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market expansions.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, marketing technology, and performance analytics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to support growth and sales enablement.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing within organic ingredients, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or life sciences sectors.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, and pipeline management.
  • Deep understanding of global trade, export-driven businesses, and regulatory-led industries.
  • Experience in brand building and positioning for science-based and ingredient-focused products.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial and data-driven mindset.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced marketing qualification will be an added advantage.


Experience

  • 7–8 years of progressive marketing experience, with exposure to leadership or head-of-function roles.
  • Prior experience in organic ingredients, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, FMCG B2B, or allied industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with USA and international markets.
