About the Role

We are seeking a high-potential Chief of Staff to work directly with the COO. This role is designed for a young, analytically strong professional with experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent). This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive decision-making, strategy formulation, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the COO.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives, including annual plans, quarterly OKRs, and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
• Track company-wide KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support M&A evaluation, partnerships, and expansion initiatives where required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from LUMS or a leading international university (MBA is a plus).
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• High ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated exposure to strategy, planning, and business transformation projects.

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
