Chief Operating Officer - COO (Construction & Contracting)

• Oversee all operational activities across multiple project sites in the KSA.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Drive business development, tendering, and project acquisition strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks.
• Report directly to the board and lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil / or mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 18 -20+ years in the construction/infrastructure/contracting sector in KSA, with at least 5-10 years in senior management.
• Proven success in managing P&L, operations, and multi-site project delivery.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD1,500.000 - BD2,500.000 per month
