Chief Technology Officer

• Key Responsibilities
• Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the company's overall technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Technical Leadership & Management: Lead and manage technical teams across various disciplines (e.g., frontend, backend, full stack, data science, networking, IT operations).
• Innovation & Development: Drive digital innovation, oversee the development and launch of new products/services, and manage system architecture improvements.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee technology operations, manage the IT infrastructure (including cloud solutions, data centers), and ensure high performance, security, and resilience.
• Stakeholder & Client Relations: Act as a strategic partner to the executive team and main point of contact for clients/partners to understand technical requirements, ensure quality delivery, and advise on technology trends.
• Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage multi-million dollar budgets, optimize IT services, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Compliance & Security: Enforce cybersecurity measures, stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs800,000.00 per month
