About the Company

Aster Path Labs is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee all technical operations, manage IT infrastructure, and drive business growth through advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and manage the IT and software development teams.
• Oversee system architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data management.
• Ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of all technology systems.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with company goals.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and IT policies.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Drive digital innovation and automation across departments.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a CTO, IT Director, or senior technology leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale IT operations and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare or laboratory technology systems is a plus
