Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our nurturing environment. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, and motor skills.
- Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior.
- Engage with children through interactive play, storytelling, and educational activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all children in the program.
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's emotional and social development.
- Ability to provide high-quality caregiving that meets the individual needs of each child.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
