Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Church Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our dynamic female Pastor and church committees. This role is office based in Antigo, Wisconsin with some remote work possible. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, excellent organizational skills and a heart for servicing a faith-based community.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage email and phone inquiries, maintaining professional correspondence

· Maintain accurate church records, including membership and volunteer databases

· Assist Pastor in scheduling and coordinating church events, services and ministry programs

· Communicating with the Pastor regarding church needs

· Assist with basic bookkeeping or reporting as needed

· Perform general administrative office tasks to support church operations

- Prepare PowerPoint slides for Sunday service

Qualifications:

Required:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1-2 years of office or administrative experience

Preferred:

· Experience in a church or non-profit setting

· Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
