Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design and development of civil and structural systems for oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with structural analysis, foundation design, and industrial plant layouts. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote work with periodic site visits near Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and review civil and structural designs, including foundations, pipe racks, equipment supports, and buildings.

· Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and design reports.

· Perform structural analysis using software tools such as STAAD.Pro or equivalent.

· Ensure compliance with relevant international codes and standards (IS, AISC, ASCE, API, etc.).

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, piping, and electrical engineers.

· Support FEED and detailed design phases for industrial projects.

· Conduct site inspections and provide engineering support during construction and commissioning.

· Participate in design reviews and ensure safety, constructability, and operability considerations are incorporated.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).

· 3–8 years of experience in civil and structural design for oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.

· Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or equivalent.

· Knowledge of international design codes and standards.

· Experience in preparing construction drawings and reviewing vendor deliverables.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
