CIVIL CHARGEHAND

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and team members, providing guidance and supervision throughout each phase of the project
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate effective execution
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance
• Read and interpret technical documents
• Perform site inspections with tools like ohmmeters for electrical systems testing and ensure proper installation practices
• Lead project meetings, document progress reports, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment for more than 4 years.
• Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in Handling Labors and assigning them tasks. Also resolving their site issues

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
