Civil Construction site engineer

Job Description -

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
• Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
• Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
• Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget
• Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Handling of Authorities like DM, DCD, DDA and all local authorities.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in villa construction projects
• UAE Driving License
• Knowledge of Auto cad

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
