Civil Design Engineer

Civil Design Engineer to support the Enterprise Solutions Team at One Network. The role involves planning, designing, and reviewing civil infrastructure solutions for network deployments, enterprise projects, and smart infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure designs meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop civil designs, drawings, and layouts for enterprise and network infrastructure projects (ducting, foundations, towers, poles, cabinets, trenches, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and BOQs for enterprise and telecom-related civil works.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, technical documents, and design reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with network, electrical, and IT teams to integrate civil designs with technical solutions.
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.
• Review contractor drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor design changes and provide technical support during execution.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost optimization of civil works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in telecom infrastructure, data centers, smart city, or enterprise solutions projects.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in civil design, preferably in telecom, IT infrastructure, or enterprise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus).
• Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and as-built drawings.
• Strong understanding of foundations, structural works, and site development.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
