About the Role
Value Engineering is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation through hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and technical documentation within a professional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard planning tools.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs with accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Perform material, labor, and cost analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain and organize planning and estimation documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams to gather required data.
• Assist senior engineers in tendering, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Learn and implement industry standards, best practices, and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of construction planning and estimation concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory); knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
