Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fit-Out, Facility Management & Construction (Indians Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Fit-Out, Facility Management, and Construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil works related to fit-out, facility management, and construction projects.
• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee finishing works, structural modifications, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation.
• Handle client communications and provide technical solutions where required.
• Prepare documentation including daily site reports, inspection requests, and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil works (Fit-Out, Facility Management, and Construction).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishing works.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
