Civil Engineer – Finishing Materials & Suppliers (Dubai/Sharjah)

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in finishing materials and supplier coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and ensuring project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers in Dubai and Sharjah for quotations on finishing materials.
• Send project drawings and details to suppliers for pricing.
• Review and compare supplier quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
• Evaluate finishing materials and ensure they meet required standards and project requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Assist in negotiation and finalization of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Suppliers & Contractors Involved:

• Suppliers: tiles, sanitaryware, marble, lighting, furniture, wooden floors, kitchens, wash counters.
• Contractors: gypsum, air conditioning (AC), landscape, swimming pools, smart home systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience in finishing materials, suppliers, and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to review and analyze technical and financial aspects of quotations.
• Based in or familiar with the Dubai and Sharjah market.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
