Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) is responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts; monitoring project budgets; evaluating variations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation.
• Review drawing and specification
• Prepare submittal, LPO, invoices, snag list, RFI, and shop drawing.
• Project coordination with the consultants.
• Sourcing potential vendors and suppliers for procuring construction materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in UAE.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
