Civil Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team at Inspace, Haldwani. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and executing civil engineering projects related to furniture manufacturing units, showrooms, and allied infrastructure. The role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to ensure quality standards within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and repair of building structures, interiors, and infrastructure related to Inspace projects.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), estimates, and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure materials used meet required specifications.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and update management on progress.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Manage timelines and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (2–5 years preferred) in construction, site supervision, or related civil works.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, structural drawings, and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
