Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project progress.

Monitor and manage daily site operations, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Interpret technical drawings and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation of site activities.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for on-site tasks.

Identify and address potential issues proactively to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

Ensure the use of correct materials and techniques in line with engineering best practices.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in site supervision or civil construction.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
