• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/building contracting field
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to prepare accurate quantity calculations
• Ability to manage site works, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and result-oriented
