About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, practical site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: Develop and submit precise project quotations based on technical drawings and client requirements.
• Drawing Coordination: Prepare 2D design drawings and collaborate with draftsmen for accurate 3D models incorporating site coordinates.
• Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, provide regular progress updates, and deliver technical assistance as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage documentation for authority approvals while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Approval Management: Oversee and follow up on project approvals with developers and relevant authorities.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress, verify work quality, and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Site Access & Permits: Apply for and manage site access and gate passes.
• Material Management: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for material procurement and ensure timely supply.
• Mobility: Perform required site visits; a valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Registered member of the Society of Engineers.
• Solid understanding of approval processes and documentation procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design/drafting software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
