Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop detailed blueprints, site layouts, and technical specifications using advanced software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, managing budgets, resource allocation, and strict construction timelines.
• Feasibility & Risk Assessment: Conduct site investigations, soil tests, and environmental impact assessments to determine the technical and economic viability of a project.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction activities adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary liaison between corporate management, architects, subcontractors, and government agencies to resolve design conflicts and report progress.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet engineering standards and design specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory; a Master’s degree is often preferred for senior or specialized roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling (BIM), structural analysis, and GIS tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical corporate stakeholders.
