Civil Engineer

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Civil Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical project execution and commercial management. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring engineering compliance and rigorous quality control, while simultaneously managing the financial lifecycle of our projects. Your day-to-day duties will range from interpreting structural blueprints and resolving site-level engineering challenges to preparing precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing budgets, and evaluating subcontractor payment certificates. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in civil engineering principles paired with acute commercial awareness, enabling them to optimize construction methodologies for cost-efficiency, negotiate contracts effectively, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
