Civil Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in precast concrete and hollow core slab production to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with design and site teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities of precast elements and hollow core slabs
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams for production schedules
• Monitor casting, curing, and demolding processes
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections
• Optimize production efficiency and minimize material wastage
• Ensure proper maintenance of molds, machinery, and equipment
• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation
• Follow safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in precast and hollow core production
• Strong knowledge of precast systems, molds, and production techniques
• Familiarity with quality standards and testing procedures
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a factory/production environment
