Civil Engineer Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer Associate to assist in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects across multiple sectors in Pakistan. The role includes site supervision, technical drafting, estimation, coordination, and handling e-tendering through EPADS.

Minimum Qualification:

• DAE in Civil Technology or BSc/BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in preparing civil layouts, structural drawings, and technical specifications using AutoCAD.
• Support estimation and budgeting: prepare BOQs, conduct material take-offs, and estimate project costs.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate between project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit tenders via EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for government and private projects.
• Support senior engineers in all phases of planning, design, and project execution.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Office,preferred.
• Familiarity with e-tendering systems and EPADS.
• Strong civil engineering knowledge, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, quality, and safety compliance.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates to experienced candidates (3+ years), depending on project requirements.

Reporting:

• Reports to Senior Civil Engineer or Project Manager
