Civil Estimation Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in estimation
• Strong knowledge of market rates, materials, and technical drawings

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for updated material/labor costs
• Analyze project risks, scope, and timelines
• Prepare tender documents and participate in bidding processes
