CIVIL ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Senior Civil Estimation Engineer

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7-8 years of relevant Gulf experience in civil estimation.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, warehouses, and substation works.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
• Well-versed in estimation methodologies, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Ability to prepare and review detailed estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of attending meetings with clients and consultants.
• Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
