Civil Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil maintenance works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and minor concrete repairs.
• Assign work to technicians and workers and ensure work is completed on time.
• Inspect buildings and report civil defects and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineer, MEP teams, and clients on site.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Maintain daily work reports and attendance of workers.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety at the site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of civil repair and finishing works.
• Ability to manage workers and handle site activities.
• Basic English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
