Civil Foreman

Looking for fresher or experienced staff to onboard to our company, we will provide visa, accomodation, insurance & transport along with Overtime accordingly. Food to be taken care by staff himself.

Construction Foreman's daily tasks are varied and crucial for the successful completion of construction projects. These responsibilities generally include:

• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they perform tasks correctly and promptly.
• Layout for the Block Work.
• Planning daily work schedules, project tasks, and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.
• Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of the work performed.
• Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
• Training new team members on operational protocols and safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders about progress and any issues on site.
• Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
• Maintaining detailed records of construction processes, worker attendance, and project costs.
