Civil Maintenance Engineer - Bilingual

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
• Supervise and execute repair, maintenance, and renovation works including gypsum drywall, painting, tiling, plastering, masonry, and other civil works.
• Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance of maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project status to management.
• Provide cost estimates, material take-offs, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in civil maintenance, particularly gypsum drywall systems and other finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of general civil works such as masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, waterproofing, and carpentry.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong leadership skills to supervise technicians and coordinate with clients.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Familiar with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
