Hiring – Civil Quantity Surveyor (Immediate Joining)
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration for civil works across high-rise, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Available Position
Civil Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil works (concrete, steel, finishes, structural and infrastructure works)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accurate cost estimation
• Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and interim payment applications
• Review subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
• Certify subcontractor invoices and track project expenditures
• Assist in tendering, budgeting, and procurement processes
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and UAE regulations

Job Location
Dubai and all over United Arab Emirates

Requirements
✅ Candidate must be currently inside the UAE
✅ Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Quantity Surveying (mandatory)
✅ UAE experience is highly preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of civil construction, BOQs, and cost control procedures
✅ Proficiency in quantity take-off and estimation tools
✅ Good understanding of contracts, variations, and claims
✅ Strong analytical and negotiation skills
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
