Job Description:
Unitek General Contracting LLC is currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction site operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on site and provide practical solutions when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in construction/site engineering.
• Experience with building construction projects preferred.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
