Position: Civil Site Engineer (Sharjah Municipality Approved)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in UAE real estate development projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and approvals
• Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Ensure adherence to health & safety requirements
• Manage material approvals and site documentation
• Support cost control and budget monitoring
• Assist in project handover and final snagging

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in real estate development
• Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects
• Must have Sharjah Municipality approval
• Strong site management and coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with developers
• Knowledge of project planning tools
• Strong understanding of BOQ and contract management
