Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer with Interior Fit-Out experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with project teams to complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out site activities
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor site progress and maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare site reports and update project progress regularly
• Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the design team if required

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects in the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of site supervision and interior finishing works
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
