Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of local UAE experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project teams for timely execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site civil works, ensuring adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities, workforce allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site and verify quality as per project standards.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues.
• Assist in scheduling, planning, and progress tracking of works.
• Report delays, risks, and challenges to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety measures are maintained on site.

Desired Profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works and local site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
• Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
