Job Description

We are seeking a Civil/Structural Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil/structural works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Inspect work quality and ensure project timelines are met.
• Travel between project sites as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .
• 1–2 years of experience in civil/structural site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
