Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage site activities, ensure work progress as per schedule, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to supervise site workforce and subcontractors
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil works on site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Report daily progress to management
