Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong site supervision experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage manpower and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out and civil construction activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing works, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and joinery coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety requirements.
