Location: Murree Road, Rawalpindi
Vacancies: 2 (Full-Time | On-Site)
Working Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM (PKT) | Monday to Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (USA Civil/Site Works Estimation)

At Spell Engineering, we are expanding our Preconstruction Department and actively seeking talented Civil/Site Works Estimators with proven experience in Earthwork, Site Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, Landscaping, and other CSI Divisions 31, 32 & 33 for USA-based residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely quantity takeoffs for Civil/Site Works trades (Earthwork, Site Prep, Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, Landscaping, etc.)
• Interpret civil/site plans, specifications, and scope documents
• Prepare organized BOQs in Excel or client templates
• Use Bluebeam, Planswift, and MS Excel proficiently
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for revisions and scope clarifications
• Ensure high-quality, deadline-driven estimate submissions

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Civil/Site Works Estimation for USA projects
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Strong understanding of site work methods, CSI divisions, and USA construction practices
• Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
