QS required for USA based Company (Civil Engineer)

Position Vacant: Quantity Surveyor for USA based firm

Location: Bahria Town Rawalpindi

Department: Estimation / Project Management

Job Type: Full-time (Duty timing 2PM to 10PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our

dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and

analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure

projects. You will work closely with our project management, engineering, and procurement

teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget adherence.

Required Qualifications:

 Civil Engineering

 1-3+ years of proven experience in BOQ preparation of all CSI divisions/ GC Projects and cost estimation (USA-based projects preferred)

 Proficient in software tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar

 Strong knowledge of CSI MasterFormat and local construction codes

 Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills Preferred

 Familiarity with federal and state bidding processes (if applicable)
