CL Distribution Specialist

We are looking for a CL Distribution Specialist to manage Contract Logistics (CL) distribution operations and ensure profitable, on-time and in-full (OTIF) service delivery to our customers. This role is responsible for operating end-to-end distribution processes, preparing cost models aligned with customer needs, and managing supplier selection to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage CL distribution processes,

• Prepare cost models in line with customer distribution requirements,

• Provide profitable and OTIF distribution solutions to all CL customers,

• Manage distribution operations to ensure full customer satisfaction and zero complaints,

• Oversee distribution activities across warehouses, supplier facilities, and customer premises,

• Select and manage transportation and distribution suppliers,
  
  

Your Profile:

• University degree from a related faculty,

• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution and transportation operations within Contract Logistics,

• Knowledge of Turkey’s main transportation and distribution lines and channels,

• Established supplier network among transportation and distribution companies,

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare cost models and rate comparisons,

• Solid understanding of OTIF performance metrics and distribution KPIs,

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously,

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality,

• Good communication and coordination skills,

• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel),

• Good command of written and spoken English,
