Claims Executive


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review claim submissions from distributors, retailers, and sales staff.

• Validate claims against schemes, offers, and company policies.

• Ensure all supporting documents (invoices, credit notes, approvals) are accurate and complete.

• Process approved claims in the system within defined turnaround times (TATs).

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and commercial teams for claim clarifications or approvals.

• Communicate claim status updates to stakeholders (approve/reject/query).

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Highlight discrepancies or frequent claim issues and suggest process improvements.

• Support periodic claim reconciliations and generate related MIS reports.

• Assist in automation initiatives for claim processing and tracking.


Key Skills Required:

Required Skills:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in trade claim processing, sales operations, or finance support.

• Familiarity with general trade operations, distributor/retailer ecosystem, and trade schemes.

• Good knowledge of Advance Excel, PowerPoint & ERP etc. preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
