Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Refill and restock hygiene supplies, such as soap, tissues, and sanitizers.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure proper storage after use.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining event areas if required.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and staff when required.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
