Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling day-to-day employee relations matters
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Address employee queries and provide administrative HR support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR databases

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Employee Relations / HR support role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Availability: Immediate joiners only (no notice period)
