Client Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist (Email Marketing) with 3–4 years of experience in generating and nurturing leads through targeted email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B client acquisition, list segmentation, and marketing automation, with a passion for crafting personalized communication strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and nurturing prospects.
• Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted outreach.
• Write compelling email content and subject lines that maximize open and response rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for improved results.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition goals and strategies.
• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) to manage campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversion progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in email marketing and client acquisition (preferably B2B).
• Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Strong copywriting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Understanding of lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
