Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Virtual Assistant with experience in cold calling and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client outreach, and supporting daily operational tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Engage prospective clients professionally and effectively
• Provide high-quality customer service and handle client inquiries
• Maintain and update records using CRM and data management systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach efforts
• Support digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with basic content creation tasks (graphics, video editing, or writing) when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling (fronter or verifier role preferred)
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience using CRM or workflow management tools
• Basic content creation skills are an advantage
