Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving client retention, supporting account growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and deliver timely support
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly; escalate issues when required
• Record all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Prepare and present client performance and satisfaction reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align with client goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
• Achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000
