Shift: Night Shift (05:45 PM – 03:00 AM PKT)

Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month + Commission

Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Associate Executive to join our Client Success Team. This role is essential in managing client relationships, streamlining the onboarding process, and providing ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships through consistent communication and support
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless start
• Track and analyze client account performance, identifying opportunities for service expansion
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when needed
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
• Generate and present reports on client performance, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align services with client objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to provide proactive client insights
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
