Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage client communication and ensure seamless coordination between clients, management, and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee project timelines, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to effectively align project requirements with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication through emails, calls, and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deliverables are aligned
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up with relevant departments to meet deadlines
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide ongoing project support
  • Gather client requirements, feedback, and updates, and communicate them effectively to relevant teams
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and operational teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Address client concerns, provide timely updates, and ensure proper issue resolution
  • Collect positive client feedback, testimonials, and reviews
  • Prepare meeting summaries, updates, and project follow-up reports when required
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality communication and coordination

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Project Coordination, Client Support, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to conduct professional client meetings and presentations
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, healthcare, or service-based companies will be considered a plus
