Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager who will be responsible for managing software development and ERP implementation projects while leading a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, leadership skills, and practical experience in business development, client relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and prospective clients to ensure successful project delivery and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery

• Manage the complete life cycle of software development and ERP implementation projects.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and go-live activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and implementation teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and project review meetings.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Support team development through coaching and performance management.

ERP Implementation

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP implementations.
• Support system configuration, process mapping, gap analysis, testing, and user training.
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful ERP adoption and change management.
• Maintain project documentation including FRDs, process flows, and implementation reports.

Business Development & Client Management

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams on proposals, estimations, and project scoping.
• Identify opportunities for upselling ERP modules, software services, and support contracts.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Required QualificationsExperience

• 1–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or ERP Implementation.
• Experience leading software development or ERP implementation teams.
• Exposure to Business Development, client acquisition, account management, or pre-sales activities.
• Experience working in Software Development, IT Services, SaaS, or ERP environments.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business process automation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Confluence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams regarding software architecture, integrations, and databases.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms.
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HRMS, CRM, or Manufacturing modules.
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based enterprise products.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
