PureHealth Mold Inspections is a growing national company focused on helping people understand what’s happening inside their homes. The Role
This is an inbound sales role with administrative responsibility.
You will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to PureHealth, guiding conversations, understanding their situation, and helping them take the next step.
Your primary focus is converting inbound demand into scheduled inspections while maintaining a calm, structured, and professional experience.
When not actively handling inbound demand, you will support internal operations to help keep the business organized and running efficiently.
This role is remote, with occasional travel required (a few times per year) for in-person training, development, and team meetings.
You are not here to push people. You are here to help them make a clear, confident decision.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries with speed and consistency, guiding each conversation in a calm, structured, and professional way. Move conversations toward a clear next step and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet made a decision, ensuring no opportunity is left unattended.
Coordinate scheduling and help move qualified clients through to booking while keeping communication clear and organized.
Use and manage systems such as CRM, scheduling, and communication tools with accuracy and consistency. You should be comfortable learning new systems quickly and operating within a structured workflow.
Support administrative and operational needs when sales activity allows, including assisting with scheduling logistics, internal coordination, and team support.
Maintain organization across client communication, scheduling, and internal systems so both clients and the team feel supported.

They are organized, adaptable, and willing to step in where needed to support the business.
They are comfortable with technology, able to learn new systems quickly, and able to operate within structured processes without constant oversight.
They take ownership, pay attention to detail, and care about doing meaningful work.
Backgrounds in inside sales, appointment setting, customer-facing roles, or service-based industries tend to translate well.

Compensation
Base salary with additional performance-based incentives as the role develops.
People reach out to us when something isn’t right in their home and they’re trying to figure out what to do next.
Your role is to step into that moment, bring structure to the conversation, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
