Client Relation Officer

HRCONSOL - Redefining HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading skincare brand for the position of Client Relation Officer. This role offers the opportunity to be the face of the brand, ensuring excellent client service and long-term relationships.

Job Role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain client records and follow up proactively

Requirements:

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
• ✔ 1–3 years of experience in client relations/customer service
• ✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• ✔ Interest in skincare/beauty industry (preferred)
